In the first phase of the experiment, we will show which words go with which parts of the picture in your artificial language - and perhaps in English. If you don't get shown materials for English in this section, then you won't have to answer any questions in that language.
That's the end of Phase 1
In the next phase of the experiment, we check to make sure you've learned your words. We'll show you a dot, and you have to choose the corresponding word from the menu. The possible answers might be in English - in which case you should answer using your knowledge of English, otherwise use your knowledge of the 'new' language you learned in the previous phase. If you get the answer right you will see that, and if you get it wrong, you'll also be shown the correct answer.
